We are a KCC approved contractor (AC17465E). We specialise in heating, air conditioning and building services throughout Kent and the South East, within the industrial and commercial sector. Let us take the stress out of your property maintenance needs.

Founded in 1986, our expertise within the industry is continuing to grow, which has enabled us to form a specialist fully trained mobile engineer base. This allows us to cater immediately to emergency call-outs 24 hours a day 365 days a year. All of our engineers are Gas Safe, F-Gas and Oftec registered to ensure safe reliable work.

We can arrange site visits to establish and discuss your requirements. This allows us to deal with both the installation and maintenance your heating and air conditioning systems. Hadene is also able to offer ‘total building services’, tailoring a solution to any property management issues you may have.

Despite the rapid growth of Hadene over the last few years, we have retained a strong, professional relationship with all our customers. This ensures that we continue to provide a highly responsive, cost effective, friendly, and above all quality service.

We work with commercial gas, oil and LPG heating in Kent, Sussex, Essex and Surrey. We do not work with waste oil.

Martin HartManaging Director

Martin is the Managing Director of Hadene Building Services. He started working here in 1990 as the service manager. Martin is responsible for engineer and staff technical support as he has worked in the industry for 35 years. When he is not at work Martin enjoys rugby and also plays squash and tennis.

Sandra ForsterOffice Manager

Sandra is the office manager at Hadene Building Services. She joined the company in September 2016 and organises the service engineers work schedules and deals with customer enquiries.

Nicola GoodyearCommercial Administrator

Nicola joined Hadene Building Services in August 2021. She helps to organise marketing and assists with the completion of industry accreditations and related documentation. She also helps to keep our website up to date with relevant information.
